The client is a company set up by the Ministry of Finance as Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. It aims to promote skill development in India by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. To address the escalating cost of maintenance of their existing set-up, the client required move their entire landscape on the cloud and turn it into an agile cloud services solution in a cost-optimized manner.
Minfy was chosen as a preferred Cloud Managed Services partner since NSDC required a MSP who has a strong SAP practice and basis support. We also helped in setting up SAP Environment providing tools, methods and process management that can be used during preparation of business blueprint, configuration and implementation. As a Managed Service Provider, we were able to fulfill their concern of having a dedicated skilled technical resource in managing their cloud operations. Minfy analyzed the core challenges faced by the client and proposed a highly secure, scalable, and available architecture for the workload. Step 1
• Worked collaboratively with the eVisa Engineering team in Application Modernization effort and moving from monolithic to
Microservices, UI & Database Improvements.
• Implemented DevSecOps tool chain adhering to the security best practices for the AWS e-Visa application as they deal with sensitive visa
information

• Set up a fully automated pipeline using Jenkins as the CI/CD tool.
• Introduced testing early in the process and Integrate testing at every stage of the pipeline to ensure the application is fully secure.
