Executive Team
Steve is an IT leader with a career spanning more than 3 decades. Having started with a technical background in IT infrastructure and midsized systems, he progressed into delivery and leadership.
From the earliest days of his career, Steve has always had an innovative approach to achieving his goals and always finding ways to improve an outcome. This led Steve to become known as a problem solver who was trusted to deliver the most challenging programs and with a track record of turning around those that were failing. He has been recognised for being instrumental in the success of some of the most complex and challenging SAP implementations, such as a regional implementation across 13 countries in Asia. He has worked in various industries including aerospace, manufacturing pharmaceutical and retail.
Steve progressed into leadership as Enterprise Director for a global consultancy leading a practice of 850 employees. During this time, Steve managed to grow the practice significantly while optimising the operations. He has more recently moved towards business development focusing on helping customers achieve successful IT outcomes.
Having enjoyed living and working in several countries, Steve has a passion for understanding people, cultures and the challenges of integrating diverse teams and technology. He enjoys mentoring and managing teams and is recognised for creating an inspirational working environment.
Steve studied Datanom at Niels Brock, Copenhagen International Business College. In his spare time, he enjoys yoga, swimming, scuba diving and traveling as much as possible.
